Vision
At the OHS we believe in putting pupils at the heart of everything we do. Through trust, positive relationships and a commitment to working together, we inspire pupils to do their best.
Our six Values of Resilience, Respect, Hope, Curiosity, Equality and Kindness represent what we believe in and bind us together; they guide our behaviours day-to-day, informing how we act, the decisions we take, and how we learn.
The following vision statements set out our ambitions for our current and our future pupils. The OHS will achieve these outcomes through careful and resourceful financial and operational planning.
